Hey, I’m Elisangela!
I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), Certified 200-RYT Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master from Los Gatos, California - with a burning love for all things nutritious, delicious and endorphin-inducing! As a curious soul for all forms of natural healing modalities. I’ve been a health nut for as long as I can remember.
My journey into the world of Yoga began back in 2005 when I was going through a lot of emotional trauma on top of my childhood ones. I was feeling lost in many areas of my life. Since I started Yoga, I have learned to use my practice to heal my physical body, calm my emotional mind, and bring balance into my life. Yoga was the bridge that I needed to connect my mind, body and to become aware of the spirit and became whole again.
My journey into the world of Healthy Eating began when I moved to the United States in 2006. I was shocked to see the health problems and obesity rates, which I had heard of, but seeing it was really sad. It was then that I made the connection between nutrition and health; I knew I had found my calling! I had to help others with health problems.
My grandmother and father had diabetes and suffered all the complications from it. I wish I knew then what I know today to help them. That's why, I have decided to dedicate myself to help others with health issues so, they don't have to go through any suffering.
I, myself have had my share with a broken relationship with food as well. I had been skinny all my life and after changing my eating habits I was able to gain weight healthily. Today, I appreciate food for the energizing fuel and nourishment it provides.
My journey into the world of Reiki Energy Healing began in 2018 when I went through a Spiritual growth and wanted to deepen my experience in this path. I received a Reiki attunement and since then, I do self-Reiki daily and I experience the benefits of stress-relief, deeper relaxation, better sleep and concentration.
Today, with my new found passions for health and well-being – I combine Yoga, Healthy Eating and Reiki to help my clients to see the connection between nutrition and health as well, along with a proper exercise routine and stress management to find their balance again.
For over 10 years, I have studied many different healing modalities including Holistic Nutrition & Natural Health & Healing, Yoga & Mindfulness, Kriya Yoga, breathing techniques and, Reiki energy healing.
I feel extremely lucky to have found my true calling in teaching and coaching. Seeing my clients and family living healthier and happier lives is really satisfying.
