Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that helps us slow down, restore and recharge while opening our bodies through passive stretching. Bring any props you would like (blocks, bolster or pillows, and blankets).

About the event
Restorative Yoga is designed to slowly and gradually open the body while prompting the Parasympathetic Nervous System to be activated and initiate a healing response. By allowing the body to open over time in a supportive way, we are holding space for our unconscious mind to let go of unconscious holding within the body.
Restorative Yoga assists the body to:
- reduce stress and anxiety.
- improve range of motion
- improve flexibility
- open the fascia (see below)
- improve circulation
- promote deep relaxation
