About the event
Join us for some relaxing yoga!
Restorative Yoga is designed to slowly and gradually open the body while prompting the Parasympathetic Nervous System to be activated and initiate a healing response. By allowing the body to open over time in a supportive way, we are holding space for our unconscious mind to let go of unconscious holding within the body.
Restorative Yoga assists the body to:
- reduce stress and anxiety.
- improve range of motion
- improve flexibility
- open the fascia (see below)
- improve circulation
- promote deep relaxation
Yoga Nidra/Guided Meditation will be offered during Savasana.
Once you RSVP, you will receive a Zoom link and password.
