Yin Yoga for Stress Relief

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced yoga that targets deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It also helps you stretch and lengthen rarely used tissues while working with your breath, which allows our bodies to open up and release any energetic blockages. All levels welcome.
