About the Event
Join us for a relaxing yoga sequence followed by a Guided Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra works on the Central Nervous System and helps to relax the body from inside out. The CNS is the main hub for all subconscious and conscious behavior and includes voluntary action and involuntary action.
During Yoga Nidra we access the CNS moving through all the layers of the body, bringing back to balance the physical body, the energetic body, mental/emotional body, intellectual body and the bliss body.
Once we begin to unlock the CNS we can create an enviroment that supports healing on an unconscious level!
